School Improvement Facilitators Will engage school leaders and school-based teams in a continuous improvement

School Improvement Facilitators Will engage school leaders and school-based teams in a continuous improvement process, including a facilitated self-assessment process, prioritizing strengths and needs, and conducting a root cause analysis. Using this information, the SIF will support the schoolbased team as this information is used to develop, implement, and monitor an improvement plan that is based on evidence-based practices. 15

Process ▰ School Improvement Facilitators and Core Team Members can be hired as independent contractors, or as contracted services through intermediate units, higher educational agencies, other governmental agencies. ▰ Individuals will apply, noting on the application that they are applying as contracted services through an IU. 20
