On March 3, 2004, the organization publicly launched itself as “C-Change. ” Launching a focused strategic plan in 2006 “This is a day of renewed hope for Americans everywhere in the fight against cancer. ” President George H. Three Sectors • C-Change is a 501(c)(3) organization of top leaders from cancer-concerned organizations that represent public, private and non-profit sectors – all committed to overcoming cancer.
