English is very important in our daily endeavours. We need to communicate in all that we do. As a second language, action verbs are a very important component in language learning. Irregular verbs are very confusing to the learners. Learners will have opportunity to practice grouping the verbs but review each other’s view for proper understanding of the concepts. To learn a language, it is important that learners are exposed to things in their surroundings. Scavenger hunt approach will be used to expose the learners in identifying and categorising the verbs within their school library. OBJECTIVES By the end of the lesson the learner should be able to: 1. Define Irregular verbs 2. Forming Irregular verb forms 3.
