There are 2 types: Physical Fitness The ability of the body to meet various physical demands. Includes: Strength, Endurance, Speed, Flexibility and Body Composition. Motor Fitness The ability of a person to perform successfully at their sport. Includes: Agility, Balance, Co-ordination, Power and Reaction Time.

Physical Fitness Strength How well muscles can exert force by contracting against resistance (weights).
