Complex Care & Intervention Program �A program designed to help children and youth affected by Complex Trauma. �Child-specific assessment integrating 7 functional domains. �Implementation of developmentally appropriate interventions plan. �Builds capacity with the child’s Care Team in a collaborative and inclusive approach.

What will be required? CCI evaluates the Functional Developmental profile of the child and considers interventions specific to their needs. o You will help us to understand how the child functions based on your experiences with the child. CCI works with the child’s Care Team in a collaborative and inclusive fashion o o o We will work with Care Team Members to create consistency across systems. We will apply interventions aimed at helping the child. We will participate in monthly meetings to ensure the effectiveness of the Care Team plan.
