10% increase since December for those who would recommend the Trust as a place to have care or treatment. Average of 78% of respondents saying they feel able to make suggestions to improve the work in their team/department. Fewer staff each month reporting they have witnessed bullying. 19% increase in those who responded recommending the Trust as a place to work since December survey.
