SILICA SAND Silica is the name given to a group of minerals composed of silicon and oxygen, the two most abundant elements in the earth's crust. GYPSUM ORE Gypsum is an evaporate mineral most commonly found in layered sedimentary deposits in association with halite, anhydrite, sulfur, calcite, and dolomite. Gypsum (Ca. BENTONITE CLAY Bentonite is an absorbent aluminium phyllosilicate clay consisting mostly of montmorillonite.
