The Beginning Introduction We started in 1987 as a fabrication unit manufacturing Plant Setup Equipments like Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Painting Systems, Ovens and necessary allied utilities. Growing with Grit – Sheet Metal Fabrication, Powder Coating Unit & Paint Shop We entered the sheet metal fabrication business in 1995 and it soon became our core competence. This achievement is a result of our expertise and emphasis on designing. We are one of the leading designers & manufacturers of Sheet Metal products in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. We sensed the growing demand from the industry for powder coating and paint shop facilities and our well equipped Powder Coating Unit and Paint Shop came into being. These units are capable enough to satisfactorily cope up with the industry’s evergrowing needs.

Directors Mr. Shyam R. Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director B. E. (Mech. ) from VJTI, Mumbai has vast experience and expertise in product design along with Plant & Process Systems. His experience of over 41 years in the field helps the company to grow stronger. Mr. Amit S. Agarwal, Director Diploma (Mech. ) holder, PGD (Marketing) & PGD (Multimedia) has vast experience in product designing, manufacturing and Marketing. His experience of over 16 years in these fields helps the company keep up with challenging market conditions, customer requirements and venture into new products & services for company’s growth.
