REPLACEMENT AND SAFETY OF VEHICLES • We adhere to the rules set out by SAVRALA - Southern African Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association. SAVRALA is a trade association representing Southern Africa's combined vehicle rental, leasing, and fleet management industry. • As a rule we run our vehicles between 6 and 12 months 40 000 km and 55 000 km or which ever comes first. • Our vehicles pass through a strict Quality Controlled process before the next rental. • Random checks are done by the Branch Manager and General Manager daily to ensure that all the safety checks have been adhered to. • Our vehicles are serviced as set out by the manufactured required standards. • Expired License - our system advises us 2 month prior to expiry date. • We supply replacement vehicles based on each individual case in the event of an accident or breakdown. MANAGEMENT REPORTS • The purpose of producing these reports is to provide you with services and rates that are competitive to your actual use. • Adjusting the rates during our relationship to best suit your needs and budget requirements. • Your invoice will be emailed to you weekly or monthly as per your request. • We can provide you with a copy of your invoice and statement at any given time. • Our invoices and statements are submitted in a PDF format. • We can provide you with a E-Toll statement upon your request. • Statements are emailed on a monthly basis to the relevant person selected by your company.
