Company Overview • Electronic Documents Center ( EDC) was established in 2002 as a joint venture between Emirates Post UAE National Post and Abba Electronics - a member of Al Abbas Group of Companies • EDC offers end to end solutions in data processing, variable data printing, card personalization and distribution in a highly secured environment • Today, Electronic Documents Centre (EDC) has become a one stop shop for outsourcing of variable data printing, mailing and personalization of cards to its clients, with an annual volume of over 450 million in printing, and 120 million in enveloping • EDC delivers a broad portfolio of services to its clients in the following sectors: Transport sector Financial sector Telecom sector Utility sector Healthcare sector Government & Private sector companies

SERVICE PORTFOLIO Variable Data Printing • High speed variable graphics & data printing in monochrome, highlight and full color • High speed Automatic secured enveloping with intelligent inserts • Mail integrity check • Digital document design & delivery • Data profiling, segmentation & management • Fulfilment services • Stationery Design & Inventory Management Printing Infrastructure • The EDC Printing Area comprises of Xerox printing machines, with the ability to print variable data at high speeds 75, 000 letter per hour.

SERVICE PORTFOLIO Fulfillment and Insertion • The EDC Inserting & Fulfilment Area is fitted with Pitney Bowes inserting machines offering speed and meticulous technology. • The machines are fitted with additional insert stackers, allowing for insertion of brochures, flyers, etc. alongside the printed or inserted statements. • These machines are operational 24/7 and able to accommodate huge volumes. • The EDC capacity of enveloping is 60, 000 envelopes per hour.
