Anything is achievable, Just don't limit your imagination, cooperate with your team members, think differently, plan to apply your thoughts and apply it correctly.
The participants split up into teams and make a craft of their own design and that fits the determined criteria using a few cardboards, paper, scissors, cardboard rolls, glue, marker, etc.
Once a team's craft gets its license approval, they enter an entertaining game.
At the end of the day, the team chosen as the best in accordance with a certain set of criteria gets commemorating awards, medals and cups and the champion gets to be chosen.
EVENT FLOW • • • Teaming up Briefing Design and construction, approval of licenses. Trial run Evaluation and announcement of scores Closing ceremony
ACTIVITY DETAILS • All teams get the standard set of materials. • They are asked to build 1 craft in a predetermined time period. • The teams share the items in the to do list and begin their work. • Each team starts to design and build their craft that fits the criteria. • Creative solutions in addition to the standard properties of the craft result in extra points. • Trial runs get conducted. • The goals are to analyze the project, distribute tasks inside the team, establish the system, adapt to change and build the optimum, solid craft.
EVALUATION • At the end of the predetermined time period, each time must show their craft to the referees and have their licenses approved. • The winner will be determined depending on 3 criteria: 1 - Construction and licensing 2 - Accessories (each listed accessory gains an extra point for the team) 3 - Trial runs; each team makes a trial run on the track with a pilot and a co-pilot.
