Key Findings (from 78 patient responses received) • Most customers (90%) rated the services they received from both pharmacist & staff as very good. It is notable that all customers felt we were polite and took the time to listen and answered your queries. • In response to the question about our advisory role and disposal of waste medicines 90% of you who received these services reported we provided them very well. • Most customers (90%) reported choosing Stockbridge Pharmacy ahead of others for meeting their pharmaceutical needs. Key Findings (from 78 patient responses received) • Only two comments were made to further improve our service to you: – ‘need to provide more chairs in waiting area of shop’; – ‘sometimes stock in both shop and dispensary is too low’ • Many of you wanted to tell us we are ‘a vital service in the local community’. • Taking everything into account, most customers and patients (90%) rated the Pharmacy as very good or excellent. Our Action Plan 2018 -19 – To continue to promote Stockbridge Pharmacy services locally using our website and in-store displays; – To provide additional seating for waiting customers; – Staff to maintain adequate stock levels for both dispensary and retail lines, where costs permit; – Shop layout to be enhanced by introducing signposting and clearer merchandising; Stockbridge Pharmacy Survey Results 2018 6
