Key Findings (from 84 patient responses received) • Most customers (70%) visited for our NHS Prescription Service • The majority of customers (88%) were very satisfied with the time it took to provide their prescription • Most customers (80%) rated the Pharmacy as very good on all aspects (cleanliness, comfort of waiting area, stock, layout, waiting time and privacy) Stockbridge Pharmacy Survey Results 2017 2
Key Findings (from 84 patient responses received) • Most customers (90%) rated the services they received from both pharmacist & staff as very good. It is notable that all customers felt we were polite and took the time to listen and answered your queries. • In response to the question about our advisory role and disposal of waste medicines 79% of you who received these services reported we provided them very well. • Most customers (84%) reported choosing Stockbridge Pharmacy ahead of others for meeting their pharmaceutical needs. Key Findings (from 84 patient responses received) • Only one comment was made to further improve our service to you: – ‘have in stock regular prescription medicines each month’; – ‘sometimes stock in shop is not replenished’ • Many of you wanted to tell us we are ‘a vital community link to good health and wellbeing’. • Taking everything into account, most customers and patients (95%) rated the Pharmacy as very good or excellent. Our Action Plan 2017 -18 – To continue to promote Stockbridge Pharmacy services locally using our website and in-store displays; – To be recognised as a dementia friendly pharmacy; – Staff to maintain stock levels for both dispensary and retail lines; – Shop layout to be enhanced by introducing signposting and clearer merchandising; – Staff to promote availability of private consulting room by informing customers at the Counter.
