Key Findings (from 75 patient responses received) • Most customers (65%) visited for our NHS Prescription Service • The majority of customers (82%) were very satisfied with the time it took to provide their prescription • At least two-thirds of customers rated the Pharmacy as very good on all aspects (cleanliness, comfort of waiting area, stock, layout, waiting time and privacy) Stockbridge Pharmacy Survey Results 2016 2
Key Findings (from 75 patient responses received) • Most customers (80%) rated the services they received from both pharmacist & staff as very good. It is notable that all customers felt we were polite and took the time to listen and answered your queries. • In response to the question about our advisory role and disposal of waste medicines 80% of you who received these services reported we provided them very well. • Most customers (78%) reported choosing Stockbridge Pharmacy ahead of others for meeting their pharmaceutical needs. Key Findings (from 75 patient responses received) • A few comments were made to further improve our service to you: – – ‘staff ask a lot of questions’; ‘having certain stock in’; ‘keep moving things’; ‘could be a bit modern’. • Some of you wanted to tell us we are ‘a vital community service in this rural area’. • Taking everything into account, most customers and patients (86%) rated the Pharmacy as very good or excellent. Our Action Plan 2016 -17 – To promote Stockbridge Pharmacy services locally using our newly created website; – Staff to maintain higher stock levels for both dispensary and retail lines; – Shop layout to be enhanced by introducing signposting and clearer merchandising by the Team; – Staff to promote availability of private consulting room by informing customers at the Counter; – Comfort and convenience of waiting area to be tackled by installing seating outside the consulting rooms; Stockbridge Pharmacy Survey Results 2016 6
