Objectives • Streamlined model organization that corrects service gaps and maximizes inter-departmental communication • Build an archive of all Fulton County Zoning Resolution, Comprehensive Plan, Land Use, Code, and Application Materials as a city resource • Develop transition recommendations that support uninterrupted service delivery • Prioritize policy recommendations that reflect the concerns of the community • Prepare ‘city-specific’ planning, development and zoning materials for use by the Johns Creek City Council on first day of business
