Review outcomes: v Staff – Reviews and provides a recommendation to the PLDRB for approval or denial. v Planning and Land Development Review Board – Review/Final approval/denial authority (Moderate/Tier 2 applications). v Applicant – Obtains final Development Order through approval of the construction plans and technical specifications, thereby authorizing the applicant to apply for a building permit. Recommendation: Staff recommends the PLDRB approve Application No. 2986, TIER II Technical Site Plan review for the proposed Protea Senior Living Assisted Living Facility, subject to the satisfactorily addressing the remaining comments identified in Attachment A.
