Background 1) Landscape Variance was heard by the PLDRB at their Sept. 2015 meeting. 2) 15 foot landscape buffer variance was granted by the PLDRB subject to the following conditions: a) 7500 SF footprint shown in Concept plan; b) Compliance with LDC; c) Review of the Technical Site Plan by the PLDRB. 3) In December 2015 the applicant submitted for a TIER 1 Technical Site Plan review and a parcel reconfiguration. a) 2 nd review was just completed 2/16/16. 4) The intent of this agenda item is to meet the request of the PLDRB, which was a condition of approval for the variance.
