1. Community Based Scorecards It’s a community based monitoring tool Hybrid of the techniques of social audit, community monitoring and citizen report cards It’s an instrument to exact social and public accountability and responsiveness from service providers It’s a strong instrument for empowerment of community in decision making processes.

Implementation stages

• Approximately 2, 000 participants in approximately 110 meetings and open forums in seven targeted regions • About 91% of participants were women and girls.
