Following Acceptance • Fall 2015 receipt of approval • Necessary accounts set up to cover payment and maintenance • Tender sent out to supplier as an order • Winter 2015 -16 we receive/purchase new trailer • Spring 2016 – outfit interior w/cupbds. , desks & whiteboard, plus exterior lettering and screening • May-June 2016 – initial use as a Comm. UNIT

MISSION STATEMENT The North Bay Amateur Radio Club (NBARC) is an incorporated non-profit organization whose objective is to promote Amateur Radio in the city and surrounding area, provide communications for local organizations, and when requested - to provide emergency communication. As well, it provides a place for like minded people to get together to discuss the common topic. . . amateur radio.

Objectives: The objects for which the Club is established are as follows: a. to secure the pleasures and benefits of an association of persons commonly interested in Amateur Radio, b. to further the exchange of information and cooperation between members, c. to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency in accordance with all relevant legislation, d. to conduct club programs and activities so as to advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in the community; e. to do or cause to be done all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the foregoing objects and, in particular, to:
