Committee Charges • Identify and implement local actions in response to the scholarly communications issues raised by the committee. • Consider actions that will leverage the stature of UNC-CH and of the combined Triangle Universities to make an impact nationally and internationally on the commercial scholarly publications market. • Take steps to continue educating UNC-CH faculty members about these issues and to assist them in making informed decisions.
