Improving Engagement at IRS In keeping with EDI’s 2015 theme of “Embracing Change: Connect, Engage, Empower”, we asked the EO/ERG Leaders to provide recommendations on improving engagement and inclusion in the workplace. EDI looked at it from the perspective of Question 55 of the Employee Viewpoint Survey: “Managers/Supervisors/Team leaders work well with employees of different backgrounds. ”
