Hons 25 th May 2009 To Whom It May Concern: In order to further our working relationship with the teachers and students at IES Pedro de Luna, I would like to invite two teachers to visit our school. The Spanish department would like to use this time to familiarise the teachers with our school and the local area, as well as planning a joint project to access Comenius funding. PROGRAMA VISITA PREPARATORIA Alleyne’s High School Día 1 Llegada a Stone de las profesoras del IES “Pedro de Luna” de Zaragoza. Día 2 Recibimiento por parte de la Directora. Recorrido por las instalaciones del centro. Primera reunión para preparar el proyecto teniendo en cuenta los objetivos de la visita: - Definir la finalidad, bojetivos y metodología de una futura asociación. - Definir las funciones, responsabilidades y tareas de una futura asociación. - Desarrollar un plan de trabajo para la futura asociación, incluyendo métodos de seguimiento, evaluación y difusión. - Cumplimentar el formulario de solicitud de la asociación de manera conjunta. Asistencia a clase de español y de las asignaturas que se imparten en inglés en el centro español (metodología AICLE- CLIL methodology): Inglés, Ciencias Naturales, Ciencias Sociales. Visita a una zona de interés relacionada con el proyecto. Día 3 Preparación del proyecto según formulario de solicitud: - Resumen de la asociación bilateral (Summary) - Contexto (Context) - Objetivos de la asociación (Objectives of the partnership) - Asociación y distribución de tareas (Partnership and distribution of tasks) - Cooperación y comunicación (Cooperation and communication) - Valor añadido europeo (Impact and European added value) - Relevancia de los objetivos del programa (Relevance for the objectives of the programme) - Evaluación (Evaluation) - Participación activa ( Active involvement)
Día 4 Continuación de la preparación del proyecto según formulario de solicitud: - Organización de los intercambios de clase (Organisation of class exchanges) - Cooperación durante los intercambios de clase (Cooperation during class exchanges) - Datos de las actividades propuestas: o Plan de trabajo: actividades previstas, incluidas las actividades de movilidad (Work programme: planned activities, including mobility activities) o Número de alumnos y de personal implicado en la asociación de cada centro participante (Number of pupils and staff involved in the partnership in each of the participating organisations) o Resultados previstos, incluidos los productos si procede (expected results, including products if relevant) o Detalles de los intercambios de clase previstos (Details on planned class exchanges) - Financiación (Requested EU funding) Despedida Día 5 Partida de las profesoras del IES “Pedro de Luna”.
