The program was designed to address housing MI/DD in NF Ø PASRR - CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) Today the national PASRR program is managed under authority of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. OIG has criticized CMS for failing to monitor PASRR. States that participate with Medicaid must operate the federal PASRR program as a requirement of their state plan.
