Bank goal is to facilitate Pan European terminology development process • Methodology for harmonisation of terminology processes in new EU member countries and for ensuring compatibility of terminological resources for data interchange and resource sharing • Networking of terminology-related institutions (creators and holders of terminology resources, major user organisations) on both national and multinational levels • Consolidation of terminology content from different sources and owners in unified database that is intelinked with other systems
