Findings 1. CTD reviewed the raw material from the supplier in January 2016, and found that the composite was different, and after verification test on the mixed binder, the results met all CTD specs, so there was no further investigation. 2. The final product after 550 °C heat treatment remains the same, however the bonding effect during green curing is different. 3. It is very difficult to obtain the formula from the original CTD 1202, because CTD Inc. do not have any original binder. 4. To cure faster, CTD Inc. changed the catalyst from the high temperature catalyst in Part A to room temperature catalyst, designated it as CTD 1290. logo area 4
