How To Begin? • Submit the CG-3752 Application for Inspection Form • Submit the Towing Vessel Particulars form & all documents on pages 5 -6 • Email all pdf items to Sector New Orleans dispatch at noladom@uscg. mil • A USCG Marine Inspector will soon cross-check all submitted items, & return a list of any missing information • Once received, will review all items, build the vessel within our database, and draft the COI • A properly submitted application can ensure a swift review and issuance of a COI

How to Speed Up Review Timeframes • Clearly tell us which Inspection Option you are requesting: – CG Option – A standard Towing Safety Management System (TSMS), or – A TSMS using an existing Safety Management System (RCP or ISM Code) • Complete all sections of Towing Vessel Particulars Form (Specifically on p. 5 -6) • Understand vessel routes before applying • Ensure the manning request is clear: – Perfect Example: 10 total: 1 Master, 1 Licensed Mate, 2 Deckhands, 2 other persons in crew, & 4 persons in addition to crew
