1. e) Potential matches o o Legal n Questions: What are the implications of the clinician choosing the wrong match? Clinical n Parameter: Provide a useful, small list of potential matches Technical n Issues: What logic constitutes a real match and realistic number of matches to handle? Build, buy vs. wait? n Parameter: Clinician must confirm one specific patient record to use for clinical data requests n Assumptions: Clinician’s confirmation shall persist in system and shall initiate request for patient’s clinical data Research n Question: How many is too many matches to review? What is the clinician threshold to retain as useful?

2. g) Audits o o o Legal n Questions: what are minimum legal/institutional audit

2. g) Audits o o o Legal n Questions: what are minimum legal/institutional audit requirements? n Assumption: A “superset” of data will be valid for all entities. Technical n Assumption: Audit data will persist in COHIE logs. n Question: Can COHIE build an audit query tool? Research n Question: How often do clinician abort from the system? Will the audit tool allow us to infer reasons for leaving? How can we organize and deliver a survey for interruptions and what might identify other valuable data needed by clinicians.
