3 Why do we want to upgarde the platform Better platform, better experience • We strive to continuously improve users’ experience by making it easier to find apply clinically relevant answers for critical decision making. • In the past few years, we have taken feedback from our customers for Mosby’s Nursing Consult (MNC), and have been working to incorporate their insights. The MNC platform was old, and there was a need to enhance the display on Clinical. Key (CK) and make CK a much better platform for delivering the nursing content. • The content in MNC was very good and was well received by our customers. However, the old platform was very hard for the users to search and find the content. Hence, we have taken all the outstanding content and have put them on a platform that will make it a lot more discoverable and useable.
