Christian Campaigns against climate change There a number of campaigns around the world organized by Christians who are trying to live out the principle of Stewardship. There have even been examples of protests organized by Christian groups against companies that cause a lot of greenhouse gases. Work your way through the activities below.
Activity 1 Look up the following website and answer the questions below: http: //anglicantaonga. org. nz/News/Common-Life/chant 1. When and where was this march and what was its purpose? 2. Who is Justin Duckworth (google him!). How was he involved in the march and why? 3. Would you ever consider going on a march like this – what do you think the point of it is?
Activity 2 Visit the website: http: //operationnoah. org 1. Who is Operation Noah and what are they trying to achieve. 2. Describe two campaigns Operation Noah has been involved in to fight climate change.
