Examples; Dr. Sat Bir Singh’s research into the science of KY, or Ong Kaur’s Climate Change series. • Required courses – these would be free and would at first be strictly focused on the Admin/ logistics side of the Academy (competencies 4. 2 and 4. 5) or orientation to a role or responsibility in the Academy. • Professional Development Courses– paid courses that directly support a trainer in training to develop the skills and competencies needed to progress through the ATA. Examples: Best Practices for a Sound and Mantra Weekend, Postures 3 3

Spread out over what time period? • Reading assignment(s)? Homework assignment (s)? • Homework to prepare an outline of how the participant would teach in TT? • Quiz/Survey? • How is a presenter approved (different for Elective courses and Prof Dev courses) and vetted? 13 13
