Click to edit Master title style More specifically… Focus During all the projet At the start of each package The client, with support of Nell'armonia, draws up a list of prioritized needs and requirements, expressed in his business vocabulary and terminology ( "Backlog Product") Nell'Armonia estimates the cost of each list’s item and the overall budget, then defines the roadmap with the customer, for successive batches delivery The possibility to change, along the way, the priority of planned features for future iterations: delaying a feature whose need is not pressing; add a new critical functionality in exchange of the withdrawal of another (in order to respect budget and deadlines) This kind of flexibility offered is therefore a real asset to the customer The client, with help from Nell'armonia, reviews / validates the list of features to achieve in the batch ( "Backlog batch") as well as the schedule and budget.
