Ask Dave!! Dave is now home!! + + + 1. My customer had problems seeing the Chat 50 when he hooked it up to his computer. Shouldn’t it be just plug and play? 2. I can’t seem to get any mindshare from the sales staff on Chat 50. What successes have we had out in field I can hang my hat on. 3. Also, the RAV products. The sales staff seemed to embrace it at first and now it has become a hard sell. What do you think is the reason for the down turn and how do we get them turned back around? Or is this not what you’re seeing nationally? 4. Does MAX IP now work with all networks? I’ve had to take back a couple because they didn’t? Explain why we had issues and how they’ve been corrected. 5. Concerning the IP issues, is everybody in the same boat?
