Procedures when you arrive 1. Pick up or get out your binder 2. Pick up any materials you will need 3. Read the screen and begin to work on the starter
Grades
Categories �Test Major Projects/Labs 40% �Quizzes/Daily Assignments 60% �Term Exam 10% of term average
Late work Failing Grades �We will follow the board policy regarding late work 3 days from day it is due. �Each day late will result in a 10 point penalty. �Students who earn a failing grade have 3 days from the day the GRADE was entered to re-test/or correct the assignment �These opportunities are only available during tutoring! �You will receive a maximum of 75%
Late work AP Chemistry �No late daily work is accepted!
Make up work �You have one class period for each day you were absent to make up the work. � To make it easier, please write absent (Date) on the top of your paper when you hand it in
Tutoring �Tuesday and Wed PM (4: 25 -5: 00) �You must have a pass �You must be in the room by the 4: 30 bell �Other days may be available for tutoring pending my schedule (Check first) �I will open my room at 8: 15 am for tutoring (except Thursdays)
