We will settle down to work quickly and quietly. 8. We will ensure the safety of our friends and ourselves first. 8

ROUTINES 1. Must have book, We. PO & a note book on the table. 2. Story books are to be read within a week, so effectively a new book a week. Preferably a new genre. 3. Fast kits and whiteboards should be within reach. 4. Being neat and ready for a lesson is a must. 5. SDL – 9 words a week, 3 newspapers articles to be explored and done over a week. To share these with members of the group on Tuesdays. 6. Be a team player. Allow participation from all members. 7. One conversation so that listening and learning can take place. 9

Expectations Students to revise at home on a daily basis. Complete written and online tasks diligently. Bring all the books required for the day. ◦ Most books will be kept in school locker except textbooks of core subjects. ◦ One story book for silent reading. File worksheets neatly and diligently. 10

Expectations ◦ Pupils to provide valid Medical Certificate when on Medical Leave. ◦ Parents to inform FT & School of absences before 8 am. ◦ Pupils are not allowed to leave the country during curriculum time as this can be disruptive to the pupils’ progress in class. Eg going overseas. ◦ All letters from school are to be acknowledged by parents. 11
