Mentor/Mentee & Associate Vouchers Mentors will need to submit an AUTH for the Mentee’s CJA 21, then submit the CJA 20 as well as the CJA 21 at the same time REMINDER: Mentees are not able to create or submit their vouchers Refer to the CJA Training Panel Program available on the website for reference or contact me Associate Functionality allows Associate Attorneys to be added to vouchers Contact me or the Federal Public Defender’s office ensure the attorney is in e. Voucher and to be added to the appointment Once established, the Associate’s level of access may be created and their Services/Expenses can be included on the voucher 5
