HOW CAN WE DEFINE CIVIL RIGHTS? • The rights that every person should have, such as the right to vote or be treated fairly by law, whatever their sex, race, or religion. (The rights of individuals to receive equal treatment. )
HOW CAN WE DEFINE CITIZEN? • Someone who legally belongs to a particular country and has rights and responsibilities there
