D personnel/materials Ø Similar to legacy CARDA/SARDA mission - for a new era Ø Continental Airborne Reconnaissance for Damage Assessment Ø State and Regional Disaster Airlift

HF Data - Background Ø Most information will be SBU (sensitive but unclassified) Ø Most CAP personnel will not require a security clearance Ø Record message traffic will be encrypted ØAll traffic will eventually be encrypted. Ø An increased level of discretion will be necessary Ø Wings and Regions continue developing radio paths to critical staff Ø Those personnel needed to task resources
