Mission Funding ö ELT Search and most Search and Rescue is federally funded through the AFRCC. ö Federal funding on any federally declared disaster ö PA State appropriated funds used for PEMA or state/local level missions. ö When operating on an Air Force Approved Mission, we operate under federal insurance and workman’s compensation. For other missions, we operate using our corporate coverge.
