Project Description • Salt River Outfall (SRO) is one of the largest interceptors serving Phoenix Metropolitan area • Subregional Operating Group (SROG) share ownership of SRO • Approx. 23 miles in length • Condition assessment completed in 2014 • Project E is final project from 2014 SRO condition assessment 4

Scope of Work • Rehabilitation of 83 sanitary sewer manholes - 45 inserts - 24 epoxy coated - 14 PVC-liner • Abandon one (1) manhole • SRO/SAI flow diversion • Sulfide and odor control - Ferrous chloride injection - Hydrogen peroxide injection • Pilot project for 10 composite frame and covers • 11 manholes, vaults or structures assessed via manned entry 6
