Delivery and Assessment Delivery and assessment VCE VET programs function within the AQTF, so that students may be eligible for nationally recognised qualifications or gain credit toward those qualifications. In order for students to gain credit in the VCE or VCAL for the CCNA program, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) must certify that students have achieved the designated units of competence from the UTE 99 Electrotechnology Industry Training Package. Or school applies to be its own Registered Training Organisation (RTO) http: //www. vcaa. vic. edu. au/vet/programs/cisco. html
