Guide to Template The following template has been developed as a guide to help you develop your 2019 Circle of Excellence Distributor Excellence award submission. Exxon. Mobil recommends that you work through this template completing each section carefully. The gold text on each slide can be removed – these are instructions to help you with each section. As per clause 10 of the ‘Additional Terms and Conditions’ outlined in the 2019 Circle of Excellence Program guide: ‘Participants who submit a proposal for Distributor Excellence category award agree to leverage their best practices in light of the Circle of Excellence 2019 Program with Exxon. Submission Deadline Submissions should be sent via the Distributor Business Consultant (DBC) to the Distributor Marketing Advisor by Friday 6 th December 2019 - submissions received after this date may not be considered. All submissions should be reviewed and verified by the DBC prior to submission. Therefore, we recommend that Distributors share their submissions with their DBC in good time ahead of the final deadline. By submitting an entry to the Circle of Excellence program, Distributors guarantee that all data in the submission is real and authentic. Any claimed benefits/results/achievements need to be accurate and you should be able to sufficiently substantiate them based on scientific evidence. Please note, Exxon. Mobil is not soliciting or requesting any competitive information as part of your submission, which includes, but is not limited to, your terms and conditions of resale, pricing, margins, or commercial offerings of competing suppliers. Top Tips Follow our tips to develop a competitive submission for Circle of Excellence: • Work with your DBC to identify your strongest sales and marketing initiative and agree which Distributor Excellence award you should enter • Ensure you use this template and complete it in English • Keep your submission simple – tell a clear story of what you did, what you learnt and the results • Use images and photos to bring your entry to life – be ready to provide these images in high resolution if requested • Please include a credible set of KPIs – you will need to prove, if requested, that achieved KPIs are accurate • Deadline for submissions is Friday 6 th December 2019.
