Goals/Priorities The goals/priorities of the Cincinnati Eagles Baseball Club are as follows: • Build strong character in young men through the concept of Team Sports, and faith in Christ. • Develop future CHCA Eagles Baseball Champions • Create a viable path to play baseball at the next level (High School Varsity, College, etc. ) for any athlete that has that desire. Help facilitate scouting relationships and “best path” approach to reach these goals. #EAGLENATION IT’S GREAT TO BE A CHCA EAGLE! 1

Goals…. . (continued) • Encourage our young men to stay year round with the RC program. It is incumbent on the CEBC program to give a compelling reason for our players to “want” to commit to winter workouts and/or a possible Fall season with CEBC as well. • Chemistry, camaraderie, friendships, and life long memories are built through baseball. • Support, encourage, and work with schedules of multi-sport athletes that play more than just baseball.
