PLACE OF CONNECTION 1. Facility that caters to multiple generations • Older people, children and youth, families 2. Inviting entrance facing 322 • Hard scape that directs to the front door, good lighting, big doors, soft and inviting entryway or foyer with coat racks 3. Always open • 7 days a week 4. Facilitate fellowship meals and special events 5. Include various meeting rooms and gathering spots
HOUSE OF WORSHIP 1. Inviting foyer with a west entrance • Welcoming foyer where people gather for worship 2. Connection nook • Welcome room or café located between hallway and sanctuary 3. Sanctuary • Holy place, always reverent • Sanctuary would be open all week for prayer and meditation • Steeple at the west entrance above sanctuary 4. Music and Praise • Facility that accommodates music and singing • Good acoustics • Quality sound system that can be broadcast for others
EDUCATIONAL CENTER 1. Library • Books, videos, various resources that encourage research and exploration 2. Sunday School rooms • Accommodate various class sizes and learning options 3. Specialty educational programs • Sports program to teach various team sports • Music programs for various music instruction • Cooking and Baking program to teach nutrition and health 4. Honey Brook Christian Academy (HBCA) • More permanent facility for the school • Allow growth • Strong cooperation between HBCA and the Honey Brook Home Scholers
FAMILY CENTER 1. Facility to accommodate larger extended families • Kitchen, gym, and gathering rooms to accommodate various group sizes • Educational and sports programs for children, adults, and youth 2. Facilitate family events • Weddings, funerals, and other church and family events 3. Church family activities • Bible school, • Day and night camps, 4. Christian day care 5. Children’s ministries • Children’s learning center that is used on Sunday morning and during the week 6. Clubs
OLDER ADULT AND YOUTH CENTER 1. Older adult ministries • Group activities for HBLA and other older adults • Teaching or music events in sanctuary targeted to older people • Create opportunities for older adults, widows, and widowers to service the Church 2. HBCC Youth Group activities • Gathering place for youth group • Stampede (ages 13 and up) • Invite other urban ministries 3. Extension of Youth Center • Use grounds and facility for sports or educational programs

HBLA SENIOR LIVING FACILITY 1. Quality housing facility for seniors that honors and respects older people 2. Facilitate the interaction of people of all ages 3. Create an income stream to support the operating costs of the property so Church offerings can be given to ministry activities

PLACE OF UNITY 1. One property for a single purpose: Bring sweetness to the community 2. Unify the generations through activities between older people, families, youth, and children 3. Celebrate diversity in gifts and cultures 4. Create a single project and fund raising goal for the entire project.
