Into the Complex Characteristics of your IDENTITY 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Choosing your selfie to bring. . What were some of the criteria that you created to choose that one? Choose a piece of paper to glue your selfie onto. Get out glue and scissors Choose markers, pens, colored pencils that you would like to use. If you would like watercolor or tempera cakes, please fill a cup of water, choose a brush, and take a couple paper towels to your studio area. Return to your seat and prepare yourself for making! Meaning, make sure you have enough room to work and are seated comfortably.

Think about the scale of the shape and the organization. Will the shape be in a regular pattern or irregular (rhythm). • Cut out your selfie. You may choose to leave the background or leave it as is. Glue your selfie onto the larger piece of paper. • Draw your shape on, around, over, through, or under your portrait using pencil, pen, marker, or other material.
