Christmas Workout (make sure you repeat the workout for 2 weeks) Athlete Name__________ Parent signature _________ Monday 4 x 400 sprints (130 secs) , Basketball Dribbling Drill (5 mins), Shooting Drill (100 shoots), and Left hand Right hand Lay-ups (15 each side made). Study Playbook 30 mins Tuesday 6 x 100 meter sprints (under 17 secs ) Basketball Dribbling Drill (5 mins), 50 made jump shots, and Left hand Right hand Lay-ups (15 each side made). Study Playbook 30 mins Wednesday 4 x 400 sprints (130 secs) , Basketball Dribbling Drill (5 mins), Shooting Drill (100 shoots), and Left hand Right hand Lay-ups (15 each side made). Study Playbook 30 mins Thursday 1 mile run (under 10 mins), Basketball Dribbling Drill (5 mins), Shooting Drill (100 shoots), and 50 made jump shots, and 25 made Free Throws. Study Playbook 30 mins Friday 2 x 100 meter sprints (under 15 secs), Basketball Dribbling Drill (5 mins), 25 made Free. Throws, 50 made jump shots. Study Playbook 30 mins Saturday 1 ½ mile jog the straights and speed walk the curve (under 18 mins). Study Playbook 20 mins Sunday Study Playbook 30 mins. Ladies remember to get better you have to put in work beyond your regular scheduled practice times. Here is a great workout program that will help you be ready for Jan 11 th. If you do not have a basketball goal, you have many options : go to a park, go to a teammates house, or simply modify the workout and do your basketball shots laying down. You can run anywhere.
