Ancient Armenia • Armenia was the first officially Christian nation. (301 A. D. ) • Armenians were the first Christians to take up arms to defend their right to worship God. (451 A. D. )
Modern Armenia • Long history of persecution by Muslims in Ottoman Empire and Turkey. • Violent persecutions in 1895, and 1915. • Oppression of Christians by Marxist Soviet Union after WWII.

Broadcasting Reformed programs • Through Radio Hay, broadcasting on 22 frequencies on FM. • Covers 90% of Armenia. • Includes cities like Yerevan and also isolated rural villages. • Reaches Armenian-speaking parts in Georgia.
