EQUIPMENT 25 GE Electric LHD’s 5 GE Electric Long Haul Truck’s 2 “Dredge like” Hoist systems 2 Conveyor Belts GE E 4 H 60 Hz RO system 15, 200 to 43, 200 gallons per day

THE MINING PROCESS LHD loads Takes REE down to conveyor Conveyor stretches across all drop Conveyor Drops takes REE to Hoist pick up zone off onto another conveyor that leads to second pick up zone Second hoist takes it to surface to be transported

COST ANALYSIS Electric LHD: $1, 000 a piece ($25, 000) Electric Load haul: $1, 200, 000 a piece ($6, 000) Workers: $50 per hour (100 total at $18, 250, 000) Solar Panel: $1, 052, 800 Reverse Osmosis System: $28, 190 Total cost: $50, 330, 990

ENERGY Grid Power Control center - lights, remote controls, computers, wifi, etc. Water pump - removal of water from ground to water purification machines Water purification machines - located in mine (above where ore is taken) Ventilation - vents located throughout mine and control center Solar Power - 1, 000 k. W System LHDs - batteries charged Dredge like hoist - takes ore to surface Conveyors - take ore from drop zone to first hoist and from first hoist to second hoist

MINE SUSTAINABILITY ● ● ● We focused on making the mine as self sustainable as possible. Solar power will be used to power LHD charging bays and our ore hoist system. Groundwater will be sent to a Reverse Osmosis System to purify water for workers, sanitation, and mining operations.

VENTILATION ● ● Ventilation will be supplied throughout the whole mine for safety purposes. Mine shaft and hoist staff will supply natural ventilation to the mine. Air will be forced into the mine air ducting system using large fans on the outside of the mine. Ducting will be ran in all mine pathways to supply mine with proper amount of fresh air.

SAFETY Occupational Health and Workplace Safety Workers will spend most of their time in the Control Center When workers go down deeper in the mine, higher ups will be watching from surveillance cameras Airborne Contamination As the mine is run on entirely electric and solar power, there is no contamination coming from machinery Systems will be installed for the sole purpose of purifying the air of dust particles

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Tours of the mine Scholarship for local high school students Filling in the subsidence ditch after mining is complete Hole filled with cement and tailings mixture Topsoil and greenery will be added on top of the mixture
