Nitrous Oxides Produced by both natural and human resources
Environmental effects from Nitrous Oxides that natural sources include soils under natural vegetation and the oceans. The Industrial Revolution has caused Nitrous Oxides to increase from human.
Activities such as agriculture, fossil fuel combustion and industrial processes are the primary cause of the increased nitrous oxide concentrations in the atmosphere.
Sources Of Nitrous Oxide There are many sources of Nitrous Oxide. One example is agriculture as farmers use it for fertilizer but most farmers use an excess amount of it Another example of this is transportation it is used when fuel is burned this is the primary source of Nitrous Oxide The last example is industries, industries will form Nitrous Oxide such as making fertilizer.
The health effects of Nitrous Oxide Breathing Nitrous Oxide can irritate the eyes, nose and throat causing coughing or a shortness of breath. If you consume high levels it can cause you to pass out and very high levels can cause death. Nitrous Oxide may damage the blood cells, liver, and kidneys. Which may cause death.
Ways to stop the use of Nitrous Oxides and environmental effects. We can’t stop the use of Nitrous Oxides, but we can reduce the use of it as we use it everyday. They have tried to reduce the amount of Nitrogen in fertilizer so our crops can be healthier and safe for us to eat. The excess amount of Nitrous Oxide has led to the help of global warming because of this being a greenhouse gas. We can reduce the amount by Farmers getting better equipment, the timing, and better management of the farm.
Nitrous Oxide is a secondary pollutant The lower ozone is caused when hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides are released by industries mix with sunlight The Ozone is a secondary pollution that affects many people that has a respiratory illnesses and is a greenhouse gas that cause global warming.
Nitrous Oxide is an outdoor pollutant as it affects the ozone which will affect the climate due to global warming. Nitrous Oxide is in cars that will let out emissions affecting our ozone layer. It also happens in agriculture with too much Nitrous Oxide causing emissions coming out.
