WHAT PERSONA ARE YOU? • The Hipster combines a detailed approach with a love of user experience and solution design. Hipsters are able to develop engaging product and service solutions • The Visionary focuses on the big picture, prioritising 'purpose' over all else. Visionaries aren't too interested in details, but look to capitalise on any opportunity • The Hacker combines a strong attention to detail with a great grasp of how things work. Hackers have a broad set of skills to utilise to get stuff done • The Hustler is ambitious, driven and a total people person. Hustlers will work around obstacles, engage customers and stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes

MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR • Conducts market research – designs a survey, analyses the survey results using graphs • Decides on the Marketing Mix (4 P’s – product, price, place, promotion) • Develops promotional materials and is the media liaison person • Prepares product launch • Sells and organises sellers • Handles customer queries and complaints • Identifies and drives new selling opportunities
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR • Some accounting experience is useful • Good with numbers • Good knowledge of or willing to learn Excel • Trustworthy • Understands money • Organised – will need to look after important financial documents
