Caring for our Providers As a healthcare organization we embrace our responsibility to build an efficient practice environment and to foster a culture of wellness while also supporting our provider's efforts to improve their own resilience and well-being. 4 The 2020 Choose Well quarterly learning series modules will address relevant provider wellbeing topics. Each module is worth 3500 points (up to 14, 000 total) towards the annual health incentive. In addition, the spouse participation requirement for health incentive earnings will be removed for 2020 – leaving the caregiver participation as the only requirement to earn the family incentives. • *Provider Resilience series available specifically to physicians, and advance practice providers. Access to the learning modules will be available through targeted email communications with linked content. Content development in collaboration with physician/provider leadership subject matter experts.
Bonus Points* Programs Navigation § The Programs section of your Virgin Pulse account is where the bonus points activities and other well-being program resources are hosted. § To find this section, login to your Virgin Pulse account via your mobile phone app or desktop platform. 1. Select the Programs option or tab from the home screen 2. Select "All Programs" at the top of the Programs screen 3. Scroll through the available program options and points activities and choose that match your interests. 4. The regular quarterly Choose Well On Demand learning modules and challenges will become available throughout the program year. 7
